Due to our new Customer Service software implementation, July's utility bills are being mailed approximately one week later than normal. As a consequence of this delayed billing, most internet customers will see slightly higher internet charges on their July bill. The billing system prorates the monthly service fee from your last bill to the current bill. On your first bill it may reflect five weeks of service instead of the normal four. Your next month’s statement will reflect slightly lower internet charges as the proration is for three weeks of service.
